1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages

5. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
